Except for exceptional circumstances, we cannot offer a return or exchange for the tailoring service, because we’re offering a service rather than a product. The protective materials are cut and sewn specifically to the dimensions of your clothing, so they cannot be reused.
If we have damaged your clothing or the tailoring was done incorrectly, however, we will give you a full refund, including shipping costs. The item needs to be unused and in the original condition in which it arrived.
If you want to return your clothing after tailoring because based on their fit, contact our customer service at info@rusteprotection.com to determine if you’re eligible for a refund. Because refunds are only granted in exceptional circumstances, it’s essential that you read the Frequently Asked Questions to make sure that your jeans will fit after they’ve been tailored.
If you send back used goods they will be returned to you at your own expense. If your clothing arrive to Ruste in a damaged condition, we will not be able to provide you a refund, but will contact you with pictures of the damage so that you can claim a refund from the shipping company. Shipping costs and import fees are not refundable.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You cannot return gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Once the goods are returned to us in the original and unused condition, we will quality check them and process a refund. Depending on the original payment it may take a few weeks to see the refund on your account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet and believe that it should have already arrived, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If that doesn’t solve the issue, next contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rusteprotection.com.

Unless the tailoring process ruined your clothing or was done incorrectly, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
